Our Apartment

Panoramic views of the lake and the Alps. Apartment 02 is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. At 79 square meters, it is one of the largest apartments in our guesthouse.

This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a balcony and a comfortable sofa bed, two bedrooms with balconies, and two bathrooms. All rooms offer access to a balcony, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and high-quality furnishings. Living Room The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and satellite TV. It features a very large balcony facing the lake. (See sample images of the comfortable sofa bed for two people below.)

Bedroom 1

The bedroom is suitable for a maximum of two people. High-quality double bed with balcony access.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom is also designed for a maximum of two people. High-quality double bed with balcony.

The living area
The sofa bed provides space for two additional people. Children's beds or extra beds can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Hand-painted artwork can be found throughout the apartment and the building.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. A small dining table with chairs is also provided.

Bathrooms
The two bathrooms are tastefully designed with showers and mirrors. Toilet, sink, towels, hairdryer, and toiletries are provided.

Living room

Balcony with lake view From the living room, you can access the large southeast-facing balcony, furnished with a hammock, four chairs, and a table – ideal for enjoying the sun and the lake air.

Do your laundry

We provide our long-term guests with access to the laundry room – you can do your laundry here.

Several dryers are also available. An ironing board and iron are available upon request.

Bicycles

Bicycles can be securely stored with us, either outside the accommodation or in the building's basement.

If you don't bring your own bicycle, you can rent one from us.
