The tenant agrees that data concerning their person, necessary for the execution of the rental agreement, may be stored, modified, and/or deleted.

All personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties. The tenant has the right to object to the storage of their data at any time.

Deletion will take place within a reasonable timeframe, provided there are no legal requirements (e.g., tax regulations) to the contrary.
