House Rules

Dear Guests! Our holiday apartment/house is meant to be your home away from home. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing it and hope you will find everything you need.

The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. We have also listed a few guidelines which we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment with care, you will help us to continue offering satisfactory accommodations to you and other guests in the future.

General: If you are missing anything in the apartment or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items located in the holiday apartment/house, on the balcony, or on the terrace are for your use. Please treat all furnishings and equipment with care and respect the rental property. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental terms.

Kitchen: Please treat the kitchen equipment and appliances with care. Since no one enjoys a dirty kitchen, please only put dishes, pots, and cutlery away in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots or other hot items directly on the tables or countertops without a trivet or coaster. Always use a chopping board when chopping. Please leave the inside of the oven and microwave clean.

Damage: No one intentionally damages things, but accidents can happen. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of any damage so that we don't discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages up to the replacement cost.

Ventilation: To prevent mold growth, please ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day with a thorough airing for 5-10 minutes, and especially after showering.

Duty of Care: We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that all fellow travelers and family members also comply with the rental conditions. The front door should always be kept closed and locked with the key when leaving the house. All windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent potential damage from storms or burglary. Please use water and electricity sparingly.

Waste Disposal: Waste must be separated into general waste, glass, paper, and packaging with the green dot symbol. Appropriate containers are available in the apartment or on the property. Download the waste disposal guide at http://www.ferienwohnungen.dasalvatore-wasserburg.de. Please use bin liners in the wastebasket and bathroom bin and dispose of them, sealed, in the general waste bin. Do not throw or pour any waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, or similar items into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins, or shower! Avoid anything that could clog the pipes (do not flush hygiene products down the toilet).

Cleaning: Should you have an accident (extreme dirt, spills on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean it up immediately. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment swept clean upon departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Quiet Hours: In the interest of good neighborly relations, we kindly ask you to observe the public quiet hours, including midday, nighttime, and Sunday rest periods. Please also be considerate and keep noise to a minimum in the holiday apartment itself between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Internet/Wi-Fi: A free wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available in the holiday apartment/house. Please ask us for the access code. Using the internet with your own Wi-Fi-enabled device (laptop, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk; the landlord excludes all liability in connection with the tenant's internet use. The Wi-Fi usage rules must also be observed when using the internet connection. Please understand that we require your signature to protect ourselves against misuse.

Safety: Fire extinguishers are located in the hallway. The emergency numbers are 110 or 112. Lindau Hospital Emergency (08382) 276 2050. Charging e-bike batteries in the apartment is not permitted; tenants are liable for any resulting damage. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment/house. Please leave the apartment/house to smoke. Please dispose of completely cooled cigarette butts in the trash can.

Pets: Pets are not allowed. Additional cleaning fees will be charged in case of violation.

Parking: Short-term parking is available directly in front of the holiday apartment/house for loading and unloading. Further public parking spaces are located nearby. Please ask for the key to our private parking area. The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles parked or moved on the property, or their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Right of Entry: In the event of urgent repairs, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge.

Keys: Please never give the key cards to anyone else. Loss of key cards must be reported immediately, and the guest is liable for the replacement/programming costs. A fee of €50 will be charged for lost cards; this amount will be refunded if the card/key is recovered.

Liability: The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables.

Arrival and Departure: Arrival is by arrangement. On your departure day, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the holiday apartment/house by 11:00 AM at the latest. Upon your departure, the apartment/house should be left in the same condition as when you arrived. By booking the holiday apartment, we assume that you accept the house rules.

Thank you for your understanding. We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation, and rest. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Your host, Salvatore
